Bungendore Veterinary Surgery provides a comprehensive quality veterinary service for all species in the Bungendore Region. Bungendore is located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia, adjacent the national capital, Canberra. You will find the surgery at the edge of Bungendore village at 112 Molonglo St (the highway connecting Bungendore with Queanbeyan). Our aim is to provide high quality veterinary medicine and great customer service to you, on your farm or in our caring and friendly hospital - we will provide your animals with the exceptional level of care you expect.

The hospital is equipped with x-ray equipment, in-clinic film processing, diagnostic ultrasound, endoscopy, gas anesthetic machines with “state of the art" patient monitoring equipment, intravenous fluid pumps, an autoclave for instrument sterilization, and microchip scanners. We have a fully equipped small animal surgery, a pathology laboratory on site, a reproduction laboratory for horses, and hospital accommodation for large and small animals. We provide a full range of surgical and medical treatment and are strong proponents of pain management for all animals undergoing surgery. Providing intravenous fluid therapy is also routine for the benefit of surgical patient safety and wellbeing.

If required at your farm we can provide radiology, ultrasound and endoscopy procedures with our mobile equipment. Our mobile service covers the ACT, Bungendore, Tarago, Murrumbateman, Queanbeyan, Radcliffe, Burra, Wamboin, Bywong and Goulburn regions. We have regular trips to these areas which reduces travel costs. There are free travel times for Wamboin and Bywong.

The mobile service provides the full range of veterinary care to all animals with an emphasis on performance and racetrack horse medicine and surgery, stud medicine and artificial breeding in horses. Other particular interests also include alpaca medicine, especially reproduction.
